    52 year old patient complains of erratic periods and multiple daytime hot flushes. She is struggling at work as laboratory technician because of “brain fog” and is concerned she is developing dementia. Patient came in wanting a blood test and hormone replacement therapy to stop developing dementia. These patient case studies are all fictitious.
