    49 year old patient who underwent menopause 5 years ago. She has been using a Mirena® (52mg levonorgestrel) IUS. She has been symptom free until the last 3 months where she has developed intermittent bleeding. She comes into your clinic concerned about the bleeding. These patient case studies are all fictitious.
