Importance of communication styles

    Importance of communication styles
    Author/Uploaded by

This video will explain the importance of communication styles and how to recognise them. Participants will meet the four communication styles and learn more about the way they interact with others.

By the end of the video, viewers will have a clear understanding of what each of the styles are and how to shape conversations to get their message across clearly. There will be an opportunity for participants to complete a survey to help identify their own styles.
