In the final video/audio podcast, viewers are introduced to the final two styles. They will learn how adverse circumstances can cause an individual's preferred style to change and how to adapt. By the end of the podcast, participants will understand how listening to others gives a clear insight into the way we need to communicate in order to ensure we are understood.

 

By the end of the series, participants will be able to identify all the styles and recognise how best to engage with others to improve outcomes. There will be an opportunity for participants to complete a survey to help identify their own styles.
