In this video/audio podcast, viewers will observe two conversations, one by phone, one by video, in which our GP attempts to take the correct approach to communication. Viewers will be shown some of the clues, oral and visual, that can help adapt to the appropriate style. By the end of the podcast, participants will have a clear picture of how two of the styles can be identified and what happens if we don't communicate effectively. There will be an opportunity for participants to complete a survey to help identify their own styles.
