Exploring the preparation required before a video call and some best practice when beginning the call
    Author/Uploaded by

This video training explores the preparation required before a video call and some best practice when beginning the call. Participants will listen in on a conversation with a GP, who explains some of the key things to think about when using video conferencing software. They will then observe the opening minutes of a video consultation. By the end of the video, learners will have a checklist to help prepare for video calls and how to establish a relationship with the woman at the other end of the call.
